Common questions

How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Go to your Dashboard → Bookings → select the booking → click "Request Refund / Cancel". Cancellations made 24h+ before the lesson are eligible for a full refund.
I paid but my booking shows as pending — is it confirmed?
Payment confirmation can take a few minutes. If it's still pending after 10 minutes, email us with your booking ID and we'll resolve it instantly.
How do instructors receive payments?
Instructors receive 86% of each booking directly to their Stripe Connect account, usually within 2–7 business days depending on their country.
How do I become an instructor?
Click "Become an Instructor" at the top of the page, complete your profile and connect your Stripe account. Approval takes less than 24h.
