Surfer University provides a platform connecting surf students with qualified instructors.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to instructor availability and confirmation.

• Payment is required at time of booking
• Cancellation policies vary by instructor
• Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy

Users agree to treat instructors and other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will result in account termination.

5. Liability

Surfer University is a platform connecting students and instructors. We are not responsible for the quality of instruction or any injuries that may occur during lessons.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
